When you're shopping quotes from lenders, beware of points that they'll try to impose on your refi. Each point is a fee of 1% on the amount you borrow. I worked with "123 Refi" search online for them. I would strongly recommend them since they got me 3.24% rate on my mortgage refinance.

Capitalism is once again failing and once again the screams go out for government to fix what capitalists can't fix.

If the economies of the world were growing, revenue would be flowing like water. But, when capitalism fails and fails at this magnitude, nothing government does can save it.

We'd need trillions of dollars or tens of trillions to get the global economy moving again and let's be frank about this, our money is gone...republicans gave it away in tax cuts. Trillions upon trillions of dollars of tax cuts.

Just a few years ago we were on a path of paying off all our debt. If we'd stayed on that path, we'd have plenty of money to fix the global economy....but instead Americans voted for an idiot to be president, not once, but twice.

Another fear that the markets have is the fear that government regulations will impede their ability to maximize profits.
