Bush-Cheney Censure Draws Backing

Rep. Maurice Hinchey, a New York Democrat, will introduce resolutions censuring the president and vice president, joining Sen. Russ Feingold, a Wisconsin Democrat, who earlier this week said he would introduce similar measures in the Senate.

"The American people have reached a breaking point with this administration, and they are demanding that Congress step up and hold the president, vice president, and others in the executive branch responsible for their actions," Hinchey said.

Feingold and Hinchey face an uphill climb, as the moves have drawn little support from congressional leaders.
