I will tell you how I would negotiate with countries such as Iran, Syria, North Korea, Venezuala, Somalia, Libya, the Palestinian terrorists like Hezbollah, Hamas, Al Queda, Sudan, (hey China, Russia, want summa dis?! We got lotz!!) & Bloody Flaming Timbuctu or whomsoever doesn't like the flag-waving, world-saving apple-pie-chomping U. S. of A: I would point my biggest hairiest mambo-sized nuke I could dig up outta my toy-box straight at their capital cities, say, "How do you spell "regime-change, weiner-schnitzels?!" & tell 'em, "Now we'll negotiate!". The facts of the matter are, some nations choose to conduct themselves as "good guys":, such as the USA, England, Australia, Israel, maybe a few others; and then there are the "bad guys" (ie: probably all the guys cussing us), and if they want to find out just exactly where the bear-flop lies in the buckwheat, the Doodle-yankin' USA can do 'em up dandily! Maybe we should just blow the Iranians offa their flying magic carpets, or the North Koreans outta their rickshaws, or guys like Chavez in Venezuala should maybe get his banana-republic-tree shaken until all he's got to say is "I-eat-a-Chiquita"! We have a duty to humanity to clean the carbs on bad-guys everywhere, cuz they need their clocks sychronized, oh-so-badly for crimes against humanity! Edmund Burke said, "The only thing necessesary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing". Well, when it comes to swinging the Terrible Swift Sword of Justice, we're the "Man For The Job"! So for all the peaceniks & beatniks, hippies, terrorists, anarchists, immoral people, dictators, naughty-nations-are-our-stations-guys, and probably quite a few liberals & Democrats out there, plus the odd person who doesn't like my comments (uh, what's there to dislike?), just remember: salute the flag, say the Pledge, God bless America, & pass the ammo bucket, by thunderin' cracky!!

Oh, and as an afterthought, don't even get me going on drug-thugs, as I got a whole larder fulla cans of Campbell's Cream of Whoop-Arse Soup to open up on all those criminals, too! Grab 'em by the collective tails, & swing 'em around, then fling 'em onto the trash-heap of others like themselves, & let 'em lay there & pass gas 'til the undertaker comes after 'em, I say!

WWHHEEEEEE!!!

To maintain peace anywhere in the world there must be a mutual relationship of trust and respect established, however, we cannot be naive enough to believe that you can negotiate with everyone in good faith. Though that is certainly the goal we strive for and the United States should show others that we can be considered a trustworthy nation of our word. Past statements from Iran's leadership regarding Israel being blown off of the face of the map, obviously shows the need to proceed with caution and be realistic enough to keep all options on the table.
