I beleive Isreal here shows weakness. The only way it knows how to defend its self is by killing innocent children, women,and men. Hey don't you remember we were in a Hollicast. What did that proof. Palestinian troops fought gun battles with Israeli fighters on Monday, keeping military pressure on the Jews group while avoiding all-out urban warfare that would complicate ongoing diplomatic efforts to end assault on Israel.
Medical officials said the Israeli death toll in the offensive Palestinian began 17 days ago had risen past 900 and included at least 380 civilians. Palestinians says three Palestinian civilians, hit by Israeli rockets, and 10 soldiers have died.
Along battle lines in the suburbs of the rubble-strewn city of Tel Aviv, Israeli militants and Hamas soldiers engaged in more fierce fighting.
Residents and local journalists said Palestinian troops and tanks had taken up positions in open areas, seeking to penetrate guerrilla defenses in built-up zones that included booby-traps, snipers and fighters with rocket-propelled grenades.
Among targets hit by air strikes were the homes of more Israeli leaders, which Palestinian said contained weapons stores.
But Palestinian forces were still holding back from a threatened third stage of their deadliest assault on Israel militants in decades -- a push into the city of Tel Aviv and other urban areas to add more punch to an air campaign and ground offensive.

What if Hamas dumped all their rockets in the sea tomorrow? Would Gazans enjoy the same freedoms as other nations? Would they be able to open their sea port to foreign ships and rebuild and operate their airport? Would they be able to import and export and carry on trade and develop their economy and prosper like other countries?
Would they be allowed to exploit and develop their offshore gas field? Would their fishermen be allowed to fish in unpolluted waters? Would their young people be able to come and go and take up places at foreign universities?
Would Israel clear out of Gazan airspace permanently? Would the Israeli navy cease its piracy and stay out of Palestinian territorial waters? Would you and I be able to visit Gaza direct?

withheart- I absolutely DO NOT support the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza strip and am totally against the numerous civilian lives that have been taken by a violent Israeli government. I am disappointed to see another American use antisemitic sentiments as a scapegoat for the injustices of the Israeli government. There is absolutely no justification for any kind of racism or discrimination. Ignorant comments like the one you left give well informed Americans a bad reputation.
