Thanks for the story, Meg. It's interesting to look at these housing statistics, in addition to unemployment rates in each market, and see these signs of stabilization occurring on a local level throughout the country. Continued recovery will certainly depend on how lenders will release their foreclosure inventories now that the Attorneys General agreement has been signed.
