A Delayed Winter for Housing?

Maby people who are shopping for homes are finding out just how expensive new home construction is compared to existing home prices. Unless you have a compelling reason for buying new your much better off waiting to buy an existing property. I know I've done the reseach in my area where new home prices are on average 30% higher than an existing home. And this % increases if you can buy an existing distressed property.
