Why not allow ANY home owner to draw from his/her own 401k or IRA? Until now people are penalized 10% for pulling their money out early. And if laws were passed to treat pulling money out to pay down debt as rolling over their own investment funds (defer taxes) there would be millions looking to pay down debt and far fewer homeowners defaulting!

The mortgage mess has been very troubling for homeowners. We provide securitization audits for homeowners who have questions about who really owns their mortgage, researching "robo signers" and investigating wrongful foreclosures. The audit shows the truths to this mortgage mess and Nationwide Property Solutions is helping these homeowners who are upside down in their mortgage. For more info go to our website "www.nationwidepropertysolutions.com".
