From Boley: "I look forward to the debates between Romney and Huckabee"

Though Romney is a good debater, if you go back and watch the debates for the '08 election, it was Huckabee that did the clock cleanin', not Romney.

It will be much worse for Romney in 2012 (If things don't change, which they will!). Romney supported TARP, Huckabee did not. Romney has Romneycare with its mandatory insurance, Huckabee does not. Huckabee has backed Rubio in Florida, Romney has not.

Look for Romney to move back to the left (again) in the months ahead, in hopes of taking the leftovers (and I do mean LEFTovers) from Huckabee and Palin.

If Mike Huckabee runs he has a very good chance of winning.

1) In 2008 Huckabee was an unknown without millions. Huckabee was the only candidate that was not a millionare, and who truly was in touch with the people (he was the only candidate of the Republicans to predict the mess we economy is in today). But, today, Huckabee is now well known and a growing grass roots movement would financially support him if he ran in 2012.

2) Mike Huckabee is both a social and fiscal conservative, and well travelled internationally specially in the Middle East.

3) Huckabee is among the growing new stars of the conservative movement like "Marco Rubio, Bob Vander Plaats, Bob McDonnell, and John Kasich" as Chadballer of ID mentioned.

4) Lastly, Huckabee has imagination a key quality that Mitt Romney did not have inspite of all his millions and the main reason why Huckabee won Iowa and more states than Romney in spite of being out spent sometimes 20 to 1.

The Romney machine should give up. With all that organization and all that money, they couldn't get their man nominated last time because the people understand he is the agent of the discredited Republican establishment. Huckabee campaigns as a Republican but he is a man for all seasons, and could appeal to millions of independents that Romney turns off instantly. Huckabee won't sell out though, so his only chance is that the people rise up and tell the establishment what they can do with their money.

Romney is heads and shoulders above the rest of the field. Neither Huckabee nor Palin have the necessary skills to deal with all the problems Obama is creating. That's the reality, now it's time for the evangelicals who opposed Romney based on his faith to grow up and do what is right for their country.

We'll see if any light-bulbs have gone off over their heads yet. For the sake of America, let's hope so!

I completely agree with Boley! Mike Huckabee is a classless phony who appeals to the religious right and that's pretty much it. Mitt Romney is proven as a leader and businessman. I agree that he served more as a moderate in Massachusetts but I would also suggest that since Massachusetts is a liberal state, he did what elected officials are supposed to do - the will of the people. For those who call him a "flip flopper" - why not back it up with fact? One can support gay rights and be against gay marriage - I do and am. He changed his mind on abortion and there isn't anything wrong with that. By the way, a flip flop would mean he started one way, changed his mind and then changed it back. Mike Huckabee is the biggest phony in the field right now, the democrats would love him as a candidate because he would be so easily taken down - check out his ethics record and combine that with his ridiculous statements. I can't watch him speak without wanting to throw something at the TV.

when you're done with your metaphors of why we should settle for less, ask yourself, who has elbow grease? Mitt Romney? the man just greases the wheels. Huck has elbow grease. Huck operated just as well as Romney with about a tenth of his budget. in the primaries, Huck did about as well as romney, since they both claim second place. now imagine if Huck had romney's budget. that is what computer geeks refer to as PWNAGE (pronounced p-own-age).

Personally, i'll spend time on a candidate who doesn't try to buy my vote, make abortions tax sponsored and cheap and lie to the face of america about being a life-long hunter. Such a bald-faced lie shows no respect to the American people.

I won't waste my first vote for an elite. no compromises. no lukewarm candidates. Mike Huckabee, Marco Rubio, Bob Vander Plaats, Bob McDonnell, John Kasich. these men are the future of America.

The moneymaking scam called religion creates many ways to profit from selling stuff related to Scripture. He gives kids who hear his "message" the mistaken belief that there are no atheists in the USA. All candidates in the last election were theatrical about their "reliance on God." Obama's still "praying for God to guide his presidency." Reagan, with a Catholic dad, brother & many Catholic appointees, said the pope guided his presidency. Reagan was Anti-Abortion, meaning he wanted the civil government to enforce Canon Law that says abortion is a sin, punishable by excommunication & Hell. In l973 (Roe) the Supreme Court made the government stop enforcing that law. Why do churches ban suicide & abortion? They both put an end to tithing. Churches believe each conception has potential to become a believer who will tithe ten percent of lifetime assets. It's $160,000 if a person pays forty years on an annual income of $40,000. If a conception is aborted, its tithe value is zero. Roe has been working. If the GOP remains the Ban-Abortion Party, it will lose. People are exercising their Constitutional rights and not returning to the bad old days.

Mike Huckabee's popularity continues to skyrocket, his hit TV show on Fox called "Huckabee" is rated #1 by Nielsen TV ratings. And Huckabee's ABC radio address is broadcasted to more than 500 stations nationwide, it's the fastest growing radio talk show for ABC in years. The great Ronald Reagan used the same strategy for his landslide comeback win in 1980.

Huckabee extensive network of fans throughout the country just surpassed the 400 county milestone which spans 50 states in America. His fan base just keeps on expanding 24/7.

Huckabee continues to win 2012 Presidential poll after poll.

1) Value Voter Summit he crushes the field.

2) AOL 2012 Presidential vote 200,000 votes, Huckabee wins.

3) Rasmussen 2012 Presidental Poll, Huckabee finishes on top.
