Christ made it very clear when speaking to the woman at Samaria that neither Mt. Gerizim in Samaria, nor Jerusalem in Judea was the place where true worshipers would worship. Rather, all nations come to the true Zion, i.e. the heavenly Jerusalem, and city of the living God, in Hebrews 12:22-23.

God ordered the Old Jerusalem (nation of ancient Israel) to be cast out of the house of Abraham having forfeiting their inheritance by breaking the covenant, murdering Christ and persecuting the saints, Galatians 4:21-31.

True Zionism is valid, and is spiritual, not political and resides in Christ, not in the land of modern day Palestine. It is neither anti-Semitic, anti-Arab, nor anti-Christian. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

And if you are Christ's then are you Abraham's seed and heirs (now in possession) of the promise. True Israel was reborn during the time of the apostles, not in 1948. All Bible prophecy has been fulfilled since 70 AD, when Rome destroyed Jerusalem.

"When you see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that it's desolation is near. For these are the days of vengeance that all things which are written may be fulfilled...Assuredly, I say to you, this generation [first century] will by no means pass away till all things take place." (Luke 21:22, 32).

The Old Covenant passed away, the temple was destroyed, the Levitical priesthood dismantled, the sacrifices discontinued and Law of Moses gave way to the Gospel of Christ and in the Covenant with Israel and Judah consisting of all nations, Jews and Gentiles united in one body in Christ.

In the “revised and updated” 2007 version of John Hagee'a book 'Jerusalem Countdown' on page 149 in a chapter with the ominous title ‘Who Is a Jew?”, Hagee wrote,

“God promised to be at war with the descendants of Esau and Amalek forever...

Esau’s descendants would produce a lineage that would attack and slaughter the Jews for centuries. Esau’s descendants included Haman, whose diabolical mind conceived the “final solution” of the Old Testament--the extermination of all Jews living in Persia. It was Esau’s descendants who produced the half-breed Jews of history who have persecuted and murdered the Jews beyond human comprehension.

Adolf Hitler was a distant descendant of Esau.”

In May 2008, then-US presidential candidate John McCain rejected his hard-won political endorsement from pastor John Hagee when a video which surfaced on the Internet revealed that in a late-2005 sermon by Hagee - which like most of Hagee’s sermons is broadcast on networks that reach into tens of millions of households around the world - Hagee stated “then, God sent a hunter. Hitler was a hunter.”

I produced that video, and the facts are not in question. I did not take Mr. Hagee's 2005 sermon statement "out of context" as Mr. Hagee claimed in Spring 2008.

My video presented several minutes, uncut, from John Hagee's late 2005 Cornerstone Church sermon that Hagee's church sold as a DVD through much of 2008.

John Hagee's virulently anti-Jewish writings and statements are a matter of public record, Mr. Gilgoff. It's unfortunate that you have not taken the time to investigate that record or, it would, read the writings of John Hagee, and listen to the sermons, that led to the May 2008 scandal when mainstream media picked up on my video and Hagee's now infamous "Then God sent a hunter. Hitler was a hunter" claim was heard around the globe including on Iranian state-run television.
