Taking care of our enviroment and buying into the global warming/climate change argument are not equal. The science of global warming is not conclusive at to its extent and cause while the hype is based on models not realisty. When it comes to greenhouse effect, the greenhouse gases are a small piece in the overall effect. CO2 gas has gone up in concentration from about 270ppm to 380ppm the math speaks for itself.

Just as we have heard about the benefit of oats or grains, and the evils of eggs and the benefits of eggs, the climate change argument is as bogus as the cry of global cooling predicted in the early 1970's. The greater the clammer from Al Gore and Hilary, and those at GE who benefit financially from this debacle takes our attention away from the fact that Bill Clinton vetoed drilling off ANWAR when the Congress voted approval for such drilling. His veto came with his statement nothing would be gained for more than 10 years if then. Now more than 10 years later we see how we would not be paying ridiculous prices for gas and petroleum based products.

The oil companies aren't the bad guys here. The Democrats in Congress who created the mortgage crisis and energy crisis through inaction and smoke and mirrors are to blame. Time to drill here and drill now. That will create many jobs and fuel our economy. If all of the alternative energy was so profitable, it would already be here and plentiful. Same with stem cell research and other Democrat projects.

Christian Radio needs some balance, even if it has to be bought as ads.

We're not going to have unanimity of belief in the causes of climate change any more than you have it about creation or evolution. Ads are fine for both sides, AND the "right" is running plenty of them from the angle of not wanting a carbon tax.
