Some conservative Catholics are calling for Notre Dame to rescind its invitation to President Obama to deliver this year's commencement address because his stances on abortion rights and embryonic stem cell research clash with church teaching. But Notre Dame officials note that campus support for Obama's May 17 appearance is strong.
