Special Ops: Obama's Election-Year Gamble

President Obama and his national security team plan to rely more on special operations forces in Afghanistan and around the globe, which will allow them to get out of one war and step up U.S. military influence in numerous spots across Africa, South America and Asia. But it also is a risky election-year gamble.
