Good that Barack Obama pursued the objective of "getting" the criminal Osama bin Laden. Tragic that innocent civilians also died, and tragic that some of our cutting edge technology was captured. On a commando raid, people getting in the way can always be sad.. we can not second guess or 'arm chair quarterback' what happens at the place of action.. the policy was good and there is credit for the president in that.

Diplomatically the current adminstration failed miserably regarding relations between Pakistan and us [USA]. Pakistan is a [the] pre eminent military power of the Islamic world. Good relations with Pakistan is an important lynchpin for a peaceful coexistence.

Barack Obama is a good person and really tries.. that much can be seen. Unfortunately for America, the president isn't able to fix the currency and he isn't able to conduct foreign policy to the benefit of all, especially all Americans. Also the president lacks the respect for civil liberties of citizens. Barack Obama is likable [by me as well]... but seriously he has not the ability to do what is needed now for our country.

Ron Paul has the experience and wisdom and the will - the Strength of Character - to fix those things needed...... so that America wins and leads the world by moral example.

Dr Ron Paul for President 2012~

When I see people here unable to give Obama credit for a risky gutsy move, I think about what they would have said if the mission had failed. There's no pleasing these right-wing nuts. This was a commander-in-chief decision and it worked out. If it had been a failure all these people would have blamed Obama, not the Seals. So what if he's blowing his own horn? You think "Mission Accomplished" George Bush (or any other politician) would have done any different? As an incumbent you run on your record. This is part of his record. Any grousing from the other side of the aisle is just sour grapes.

Obama is an incomepetent phony, but he was bold, decisive, and well tempered leading up to the Bin Laden raid. W. was relentless and had the right attitude, but Obama SEAL-ed the deal if you will. Credit to him where credit is due. Romney should just stay away from this. The only leg he has to stand on is how weak Obama has been with China, Iran, and Russia. And maybe that they don't gather intelligence anymore, because they don't take anyone off the battle field.

The supposed Bin Laden raid was a hoax anyway. OBL was likely dead already, US refuses to show proof of OBL killing, operation narrative was changed multiple times and was illogical/contradictory, etc.

It figures the proven liar Bill "I did not have sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky" Clinton is involved.

Obama had NOTHING to do with getting rid of Bin Laden. The military had the needed information and a plan in place - without Obama. Obama has done everything he can to thwart the military in protecting America's interests. Obama is the worst thing that has ever happened to America. If he'd had his way America would currently be under the control of the Muslim Brotherhood. For all I know it already is. after all, Obama is just a puppet on a string. I don't know who is controlling the strings, but Obama is just a pawn in their hands. And America, this once great nation, has become their play ground. Wake up people - vote the jerk out of office.

"Romney, a former governor of Massachusetts who has no foreign policy experience.."

He has more experience than Senator Obama had when he was running for President. Remember?

I believe if Obama had been POTUS on 9/11 2001 the decision to take out Obama would never have been. He would have most likely apologized to Bin Laden on our behalf for making him so mad at us that they plot and plan and murder our citizens. He would assure Bin Laden that this could be rectified thru mutual dialogue and kowtow to the terroirists demands.

Obama really whizzed in the republicans Cheerios when he got bin Laden.

It's was his call. He has a right to talk about it all he wants. Obama has done a incredible job with the war on terror. Not only bin Laden, but 22 of the top 23 terror operatives.
