Mitt Romney is expected to sweep all five Republican presidential primaries Tuesday as GOP voters go to the polls in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island.

Romney has two larger objectives beyond collecting most of the nearly 300 delegates that will be at stake.

He is trying to make a case against President Obama as a failed leader, and to get past the criticism that he is too much of a rich aristocrat to commune with everyday people.

In a speech Sunday in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, Romney said his grandfather went broke several times and his father was a self-made man. Romney's dad, George, became an auto executive in Michigan and later served as governor of the state. In other recent comments, Romney has said he won't apologize for his wealth, which he says is also self-made.

Romney is expected to return to this personal theme at scheduled appearances Monday outside Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. He plans to hold a victory rally Tuesday night in Manchester, New Hampshire, which will be another key state in the November election.

Romney has emerged as the national front-runner and he leads the GOP race in nominating delegates. He also has won the most states, garnered the most total votes, and raised the most money.

Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, who had been Romney's most serious opponent, ended his campaign earlier this month.

Romney's remaining competitors are former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Texas Rep. Ron Paul, but in recent days, Romney has been ignoring them and focusing his attention on telling his personal story and on criticizing President Obama.

The former Massachusetts governor says Obama is responsible for the high unemployment, high gasolines prices, and soaring federal deficits.

HOLY COW..I was expecting to read this artical without the mention of Dr. Paul..might be a reason for that..if you think that Ken Doll is going to sweep anything you would be wrong. Will there be underhanded crap getting pulled..yep. The amount of Election Fraud and Voter Fraud going on in the GOP is CRIMINAL. Yet all you Romney Newt lovers will turn a blind eye to what Ron Paul has put up with. If it was your man and he had tens of thousands of VOTERS in the past few weeks lining up and filling auditoriums just to hear him speak, you would be screaming foul! But we are use to this BS and all the lies and cheating that take place only does one thing for sure..it adds FUEL TO THE FLAME..it makes people like myself who never gave a penny to ANY CANDIDATE EVER, to pony up and give till it hurts for this guy. I call it a "Protest Donation" and Im not the only one who has done this. Ron Pauls popularity is growing in leaps and bounds. The R3VOLUTION that America has been DIEING for is here..its not being shown on the MSM but IT WILL BE. You lieing devils are going to get a rude awakening the more people find out whats REALLY happening in America..you continue to think that Obama/Romney will sweep this election up and run for victory..you are wrong. If we want REAL CHANGE for this sick country we have but one vote. Its Dr. Paul or BUST. You Romney lovers better wake up and see whats REALLY going on..turn off the TV for Gods sake. Look who CONTROLS THEM!! Fair and Balanced my arse. The Delegates are pileing up people..and the good Dr. is just starting to warm up..

If there is voter fraud, Romney will sweep the 5 states. If not, Ron Paul will win by a landslide. Eitherway, Paul will pickup the delegates, regardless of the beauty contest.

Additionally, Romney has no platform to run on against the President.

What more government? We're going broke. Increase the size of the military? We're going broke. Universal Healthcare? We're going broke. Job Creation? We're going broke. Take out more loans from the FED on interest... How? We already owe the FED 16,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 plus interest. And it grows by 4 billion an hour! What a bunch of winners. NOT. He has no platform. He's a zero not a hero. If nominated, he'll lose, for sure! The country is better off electing Bugs Bunny than Mitt Romney. Etch-a-sketch that.

If it's about the economy he's the champion of nothing. Romney will sell you out till you're completely broke to pay the debt, while stuffing the pockets of his cronies and himself, the Bain Capital way! Great business experience...pshaw!

Only Ron Paul vows to cut the debt by one Trillion the first year!

Bye bye, 5 do nothing governments bureaucracies, and the GSA will likely be a gonner in light of recent events. No more foreign aid to countries like North Korea and others whose governments hoard it and whose populace don't like us very much.

And "that's the truth RUTH!"

Romeny ignores Paul because he doesn't want to face him anymore. He's spooked.

The media is going to claim Romney the winner in spite of the actual votes cast. We have already caught on.

Romney won't be sweeping anything, especially not the floor, he's too good for that.
