To David of Id, you didn't get even One of your statistical facts right nor any of your blindly offered assertions about me right either. Somebody is uniformed...tsk, no tit for tat, I won't belittle your ignorance.

Anyway, the NEO conservatives you speak of are of Course against the sanity of Dr. Paul's international non aggression and domestic liberty.. or is it that You don't understand that?

Regarding moderates, and I don't mean ultra rich moderates .. the independent vote goes hands down to Ron Paul.

As most people are aware, the Republican Party members are largely convinced of the harmful neo conservative outlook.... and THAT is what the Ron Paul revolution is correcting as well. The traditional conservatism of Dr. Paul has always been respected by American patriots.

You also surely should realize that Dr. Paul polls more than ten percent even in the media displayed presentation of "reality". Your sense of reality, sir, offends patriots of our once great land. America will recover, and folks like you will keep insisting on boughten politicians abusing the public trust.

Government of the people, by the people, and for the people are not your's to give or take... but for patriots to reclaim during such hours of darkness.

David of ID...

Ron Paul actually has a better chance at beating Obama than Romney, for starters.

He gets the youth vote, the independent vote and a large portion of the hispanic vote.

Your delegate math is wrong, by the way. We dont' know how many delegates they have yet, as the caucus states haven't decided who the delegats are. Outside of being cheated Ron Paul is expected to pick up a majority in IA, AK, WA, MO, CO, and perhaps NV. That is if the GOP stops trying to rig the process..

Ultimately Ron Paul stands the best chance against Barack Obama and if people don't wake up and start realizing that they're going to be very hurt and upset when Obama wins in November.

John of NY . . . You must be uniformed, excessively naive, or so convicted and emotionally attached that you fail to see reality. IF . . . big if . . . Paul had a chance in the general election then one would expect him to post better results from Conservative voters. What has he accomplished . . . a 10% or less return in primary polls. His delegate count is 66 delegate of 947 delegates thus far. He conistently polls last or next in primary polling.

How can you believe Paul pulls moderate and conservatives if he is consistently rejected by those folks in the primary? To believe that he can would require the willing suspension of disbelieve.

Here's the general election line up.

On ballot in all States will be a Democrate and everyone understands it will be Barack Obama.

And a Republican, either Mitt Romney or Ron Paul.. depending on world and national events between now and the convention. Teaching the Ron Paul movement is going good in the campaign, the ideas of domestic freedom and international peace And a sound currency make sense to most people. Yet the tipping point to overcome special interest money and influence isn't here already, so it's more likely that news events of 'unintended harmful consequences' from our world policing posture which will bring the support for Dr. Paul to achieve the Republican nomination. The economy won't show tremendous stress until After the election [quantitative easing was the temporary and soothing balm], so that won't be a factor in the vote.

Also on the ballot in all States will be a candidate from Americans Elect, and if the Republicans nominate Mitt Romney.. then it's potentially a three way with Barack Obama and Mitt Romney running against Ron Paul. Here is the great part, Dr. Paul will be running against two who play class war, the dem holding the entitlement sector and the rich sticking with Their GOP.

The forth ballot line countrywide will be the Libertarian Party. This is where the future of America will probably be built. One trend of thinking for this year is that Gary Johnson, ex Governor of New Mexico, has a good shot at the Libertarian nomination. Gary Johnson would be a very good candidate, but dilute the support Ron Paul would have on the Republican or Americans Elect ballot line.. so that part will be interesting.

The final word here is that the Libertarian Party is likely to evolve into America's third major political party soon.. but not if the Republican Party annoints it's libertarian Wing this year.. such would be the Wise course for mainstream Republicans to go, but the jury is still out about 'direction' due to the old habit some in the party have of dictating lifestyle and the old thrill there for some of pre emptive war. Unfortunately too, many Republicans have aquired the taste for Big government as well.. and thus the tea party reaction against That part. Remember that Ron Paul's 2008 campaign Started the "tea party". And remember as well that the Ron Paul movement addresses the real and legitimate concerns of the occupy movement. United we Stand.

If it's a three way this year, then Barack Obama might benefit from Dr. Paul's Republican support; but surely Ron Paul will benefit more from the starkly similar 'militarily aggressive foreign policy' [launching pre emptive war] stance of both Romney and Obama. Ultimately Ron Paul will benefit greatly because Both Obama and Romney are for the restriction of civil liberties the American people cherish.

No one but Paul 2012.
