Despite Campaign Challenges, Newt Gingrich Won't Step Down. Why? What does Newt Gingrich hope to accomplish by staying in the race? No one likes him, he can't beat Obama, his current wife is a woman of ill repute, and he is a man with no morals and a history of bad ethical behavior. The only reason that anyone would vote for him is because they are dumb enough to to buy into the false belief that Gingrich is the "anti-Romney". In reality, Gingrich is much like Romney in that neither man can be taken on his word, and both men are serial flip-floppers without a viable plan for our country.
Newt will say anything to get a vote, and panders to his audience everywhere he goes, as he did in Florida with dumb talk of a base on the moon. Also, anyone who actually thinks that this guy represents the Tea Party does not have a clue as to what the Tea Party is about, and should stop associating himself/herself with a limited government movement that began during Ron Paul's last campaign in 2008. There is nothing about Newt Gingrich that can be called "Tea Party", as there is nothing about Romney or Santorum either. All three represent the status quo and all three cannot beat Obama regardless of what the MSM is saying. If we elect Romney, Gingrich, or Santorum, it will be 1996 all over again when Bob Dole was trounced by the incumbent Bill Clinton. Now, even though Obama is not quite Bill Clinton, a candidate like Romney or Gingrich who is rejected by 75% of his own party will not beat an incumbent president, no matter how bad he may be.
So Gingrich should just exit the presidential race before he completely tarnishes what little remains of a once respectable Republican Party.

Go Newt Go!
Maybe it is Newt that should run/stat a third party -
The Constitutional Conservative Party! Limited government, out of our lives and out of our businesses, protect the country and ensure equal opportunity and return the power back to the states and the people. Big centralized government was never the intent, nor was it put into place to take care of you or anyone else.
Screw the GOP they are as bad as the libs.
I for one am tired of the same old retreads in both parties, you believe in the Constitution and the intent of the Founding Fathers or you don’t. As it stands today most Dems don’t and most of the GOP doesn’t either, it’s all about “what’s in it for me?”

For one, the delegates should be awarded proportionately, since Florida broke the rules in moving up their primary date. That was the rule that Florida agreed to. Secondly, why should Newt drop out? Mitt has won two states, and Newt has won one. Is it because Mitt received an endorsement from Donald Trump? Big deal, he supported Obama in the last election. Does he get to decide who our nominee is? Give me a break!
