Mitt Romney Calls Newt Gingrich 'Unreliable'

RE Romney's comment on Gingrich & Pelosi, circa 2008:

'Tis blasphemy for a "true" conservative to show concern for global warming! Science is to be ignored when it questions the oil/gas/coal gravy train (even though Peak Oil is a much bigger threat to oil profits than Cap & Trade).

Good conservatives know that God wouldn't let Man cause climate change, period. Or, if Man is causing it, it's all part of a big supernatural plan and God will fix it all later. Fill up that gas guzzler and enjoy God's endless, guilt-free bounty. Invisible deities are convenient that way.

Our next election could be as big of a sham as the last. Do you know why Sarah Palin's bus tour was really canceled? Do you know why she stayed 30 miles away from the second debate and chose the death of Steve Jobs to announce that she's not running? Know what leaked out? She's dodging the media now because of this

With Newt climbing the polls, I’m calling all those “not Romney” critics supporting Gingrich, out on the carpet. Critics claim Romney is not conservative enough, but then support a man who favors amnesty for illegals and has cheated twice and married three times. They say Romney is a flip flopper but support a man who has flipped flopped just as much. They say Romney is too rich, but support a man with a net wealth of $6.7 million. They say Romney supported mandated healthcare, but then support a man who wanted mandated healthcare too. They criticize Romney for supporting Wall Street bailouts, but then support a man who also supported the bailouts. Romney has never violated his public trust, but then you support a man who was charged with eighty-four ethics violations and fined $300,000 when he was the House Speaker. Article 6 in the Constitution states that “no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States”. People are of course free to choose who they support but don’t pretend this has anything to do with Romney’s positions when you are supporting a man who stands for everything you say you hate about Romney.
