Obama Plan: Attack GOP Challengers as Out of the Mainstream

I see little difference between the "far" right and the "far" left liberal comments here. Amazing how both think they are perfect in their thoughts, views and name-calling.

It is ABOUT time he draws a line in the sand. The GOP of today is so out of touch. They feel just because alot of Democrats stayed home to vote last Nov. & they won, they feel the people will now let them do ANYTHING they damn well feel. We LIKE our government, we LIKE our government to help with clean water, no lead paint, clean air, food not contaminated, the list goes on and on. They are keeping us safe. Leave it up to the GOP's and we will all be left on our own.

It has long been the strategy of the Republicans to garner the votes and the energy of the lunatics in our country. By this I mean, the far right, the Jerry Falwells and other religions yahoos, as well as, of course, the fascists, who would have business running the EPA and wear a stupid grin on their face when they say that, and finally, those who do not believe in having any government at all, let alone taxes. At times a winning formula for the Republicans, but always a losing formula for America. This year, and the article is so right, I mean, correct, when it says the Republicans are trying to invite the Tea Party in to bed with them or is it the other way around. What ever. These are the people, who, in the name of the "Founding Fathers," have proven themselves ignorant enough about just about everything. These are the people who have basically hijacked the country's chance of an economic recovery any time soon, and are basically the type of people who will destroy Alaska by going there to see it before it is destroyed by visitors going to see for the last time. In short, there isn't a Republican on the horizon who could defeat Obama, no matter what the polls say, and these polls say something different every other day. Frankly, Mr. Obama is in a good position. If he was too far ahead, people wouldn't turn out and that would be a big mistake for this country. The one little ripple, actually it is a big ripple, no, it is in fact, literally, a gargantuan ripple, on the horizon, and that is the candidacy of Mr. Christie, the guy wearing the pink tutu. The Republican elites, who basically think the far right in their party are nuts but will vote Republican, no matter what, want a candidate who will appeal more to the middle of the road and independent voter. Romney doesn't really fit that bill, exactly, since he is more wishy washy that Obama and has very little sexual appeal. He's a Mormon. So, the elites are trying to entice Mr. Christy in to running with the hope that the Republicans will now be able to capture, not just the independent vote, but also the "fat vote," which is huge in America. If there was ever a bully, Mr. Christy is the guy, so this should be a fun contest. America should be so unlucky to have this guy as their next President, since if you think the Republicans got us in to a few too many wars, this guy will make the Bushes look like Mother Theresa and Mahatma Grandi. Wow. Are we in trouble, as a country.

huh? The GOP ARE out of the mainstream LOL.

All they want is a corporate state with rich corporate kings lording over an entire country of poor, needy slaves.

One does not need a memo to see that.
