Thank you David for walking in your Christian faith and showing other young men and women they can also. You are one of Earth's and Mankind's great blessings.

David, thank you so much for being the kind of man that our young people can look up to and aspire to be like. Your commitment to your faith, your family, and to our community is an inspiration to us all. I thank God that he has allowed us to see what we all can achieve and still be as down to earth as you. We are blessed to have you in our city. Thank you for all the memories (your basketball career) but mostly for your living day to day faith.

I applaud David Robinson's efforts as a role model to other adults and children, holding firm to education, faith, health, and giving back to his community. While others players around him held out for more money, David stepped out of the limelight of his leadership role, took a cut in pay, and helped again to build something larger than him. Being at your last game was something special. Thank you!
