I read where hopefully Today you would become the first African American to be named to such a post by President Obama.I do wish you complete health and happines.Although it may not matter,I am Bahamian living in Freeport Bahamas.

You're really a brilliant example of a loving care giver without any greed, tell you what, God is with you, people's love is with you, you're inspiring the communities, and if all follow your example, health care cost will go down, and uninsured, and underinsured folks will get good care. I feel very good reading your story.
