You definitely deserves to be on the list. Lance is a beast, and I hope he turns it on again for this year's Tour. Here is an interesting article on why Lance may have decided to come back into cycling:

It is imprudent, at best, for USN to choose Lance Armstrong for this roster. Just ask past Tour de France director Jean-Marie Leblanc.
