How can you think this man is self-centered and narcissistic ! ? I'd like to see all of you people that are talking bad about him try to survive cancer & then continue doing what you love ; like riding a bike or even just taking care of your family !

Once you do that & your still alive from it then you can talking about about a great man such as Lance Armstrong !
