And in some areas of the country, conditions are perfect for celebrating.
These are the 10 metropolitan areas that are the best places to celebrate Festivus. Criteria include the ability to compete in the Feats of Strength (low obesity rates), low levels of commercialism (small retail industries, as measured by shares of the population employed in retail), and much to complain about in the Airing of Grievances (high unemployment).
