Home values remain a staggering 29.5 percent below their June 2006 high, according to real estate website Zillow.com. The median estimated home market value in the U.S. as of March 2011, the most recent month for which data is available, was $169,600--down 8.2 percent annually, 3.0 percent over the first quarter of 2011, and 1.0 percent monthly. These are the nine U.S. cities in which prices are holding strong and did not slip during the month of March.
