President Barack Obama gives his State of the Union address during a joint session of Congress on Capitol Hill in Washington, Tuesday Feb. 12, 2013.

Rocker Ted Nugent, who was Texas Republican Rep. Steve Stockman's guest, said the best part of the speech for him was when he "couldn't hear clearly."

"We have heard it all before," Nugent says. "You just cannot get more of a predictable, flower speech every time he speaks."

Nugent made headlines last year when he said he would be "dead or in jail by this time next year" if Obama won the White House for a second term.

"Every time he is done speaking, he does just the opposite or nothing at all," Nugent said. "So there was nothing tonight to encourage my belief or support for the president. I believe that the scam rages on."
