Kathleen Sebelius - Health and Human Services

Sebelius, who was much more visible during the administration's push for comprehensive healthcare reform, has nearly as much on the line as the president when it comes to Obamacare. As 2014, the year most of the reforms take hold, rolls around it's Sebelius whose hand is guiding the tiller of implementation. The country will soon see whether or not the reforms achieve even part of their goals and if Obama has selected a capable manager for one of the biggest and most complicated policy overhauls in history.
