Police on Tuesday released the names of 21 alleged clients of Alexis Wright, a 29-year-old Zumba instructor who investigators claim ran a prostitution operation out of her fitness studio in a small town in Maine.

The scandal has put Kennebunk, Maine and its 10,000 resident squarely in the national spotlight. The 21 alleged clients named in the list are a fraction of the more than 150 men police say paid for sex with Wright, who is pleading not guilty to 109 counts of prostitution, violation of privacy (police say she videotaped many of the sessions), and tax evasion. Locals speculate the full list could include many prominent members of the community.

"The lawyers have said all along that they believe other lawyers are on the list, that they believe government officials are on that list, that there's business owners on that list," Laura Dolce, editor of a local newspaper which investigated the story, told CBS News.

The first batch of "The List" was released after a judge denied a request to keep the names private.

Police say Wright was helped in the operation by Mark Strong, a 57-year-old insurance agent and private investigator who, they say, lent his office across the street to the cause. Police arrested Strong in July, charging him with promotion of prostitution, and raided his office across the street from the studio. He appeared in court with Wright, and pleaded not guilty to the 59 charges he faces.

Police say the searches of the office and studio uncovered hours of video of the sex acts, detailed records kept by Wright, and a price list for sexual acts. They say records collected indicate that Wright made more than $150,000 during an 18-month period.
