Honey Boo Boo, the blue-collar beauty pageant queen and reality TV star, endorsed "Marack Obama" for president on Jimmy Kimmel Live Monday night.
Of course Honey Boo Boo, whose real name is Alana Thompson, hadn't actually heard of Mitt Romney and at 7 years-old, she won't be able to vote until 2023 anyway. But the endorsement was firm, and Romney has no one to blame for it but himself. After Kimmel asked Boo Boo if she knew who Obama was ("The president?" she responded hesitantly), he told her about comments Romney had made on a morning show.

Kimmel: "They asked Mitt Romney if he preferred Snooki or Honey Boo Boo. Do you know what he said? He said he preferred Snooki. So now I have to ask you, who are you going to support for president, Mitt Romney or Barack Obama?"
Boo Boo: "Who said that?"
Kimmel: "Mitt Romney said that."
Boo Boo: "Marack Obama."
Boo Boo is the star of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," the TLC show which follows her family through their beauty pageant exploits. The show—which includes subtitles to help viewers decipher the characters' thick southern drawl—has become a network (and online) phenomenon.
It's unclear whether Boo Boo's strong endorsement will open the funding floodgates for Obama. But it's clear her celebrity has added another in a long list of show biz endorsements that could boost Obama's coffers in the final stretch.
