Among the codes Sullivan has reemphasized in recent months is a prohibition on the use of alcohol within 10 hours of reporting for duty and the addition of two high-ranking supervisors who will now oversee travel by Secret Service agents. In April, Sullivan also developed the Professionalism Reinforcement Working Group, which will evaluate how the Secret Service can better reinforce professional conduct within the agency.
