The difference is when he walked his pants were already sagging. If its so wrong to have your pants sagging they should have told him to leave the courtroom from the get go instead of putting him on the stand and then trying to belittle him by sentencing him for something so stupid. That judge should get slapped with hismallet.

MEL - that's one of the worst thought-out comments I've ever seen posted online. Of course anyone can wear what they want - but not anywhere they want. Some restaurants require a coat and tie - if you don't wear it, you get kicked out. Women are required to wear a top when they go out in public. Stores require shirts and shoes. Kids can't wear bathing suits to school. The court also has a dress code and an expectation, and it involves not showing your rear end to the judge...it's that simple. Would you consider it disrespectful if the guy walked in and dropped his pants? Of course...so why should it be different if he walks in with them already down??

So, our Creator didn't endow us with the right to dress as we choose?
