R u kidding me? He should had expected respect for his living space, even if its shared. It all comes down to all of us heer eon earth as guests without privacy, but that does not mean that you are allowed to tape and stream video without me knowing. Thats unacceptable.

This was a very sad case BUT the deceased simply did not have (or should not have) expected privacy ....he SHARED his living space! This ruling will be reversed.
