Just make the things illegal! You pick on a group of addicts and extort money from them in hopes they quit. When are these hypocrites going to apply the same thing to alcohol or fatty foods? Obesity kills more than smoking does! I want a %1000 tax on all fried foods! Why should I have to pay for fatties hospital bills because they can't keep the fried cheese from their mouths! It's no different except these surgeon generals and health "authorities" are using fatties themselves!
This study/model is a complete load of BS!

And that was with a half-hearted, cigarette corporation-contradicted, effort. Same effect or better, now with internet, on Licensed Limited Pot use. Get the criminals out. Get out of the criminal creating business. Teach the honest detriments of excessive pot use. 4 x per Yr. is enough.
