Simple solution...don't have sex with anyone until you are both tested for every STD known to man...then you won't spread anything...

Maybe people should start thinking about sex differently. It's not a recreational sport. And when you play with lots of people, it has its hazards.

The only 'cure' necessary is free. It's called Godly marriage. Give that about 50 years and the problem disappears.
