Romney's "shipbuilding" plan would completely hollow our Air Force and Army, or require a huge tax increase. In fact, its about a 3 percent increase, just for shipbuilding. He's clearly pandering for votes in Virginia. What's next, telling Colorado and Texas voters that he'll buy more tanks and air defense systems.

Of course, you never know which Mitt you're going to get. Maybe he'll change his mind after Virginia voters support him. He's been known to do that.
