Another hit on the American Education System.
America can not keep up with other countries in education and we are going to cut funding, penalize good students, and push the education levels down rather than bring the students up. Just more STUPID socialism. People who want this are draging America down. Socialism does not work, never will!

I think it's a good thing now that the federal government is reigning in on college cost and the college education system. What I think will happen is a version of No child left behind for colleges where money is rewarded to colleges that lower cost and graduate students on time. Even punishes colleges that fail to meet Government standards by taking away their funding. I think this is a long time coming and Faculty will start seeing that they can't add any more classes and requirements to graduate and will sooner or later see more students graduating on time.
