Forget Florida, Ron Paul is Hunting For Delegates

Wow! Now the narrative from these pathetic self proclaimed reporters is that Paul wants a speaking part at the convention. He is running for POTUS to win! If the GOP would like to win the White House back they better start changing their propaganda machine rhetoric & support Dr. Paul. If not than the chances are good that Obama will win reelection. My fiscally Conservative family will ONLY vote for Dr. Paul & if he is foolishly left off the ballot against Obama in the General we will write Dr. Paul in. WE ARE NOT SELLING OUT OUR VOTE ANYMORE!

This is the new media narrative - Ron Paul just wants a "coveted speaking slot" at the Republican convention to influence the party platform or Ron Paul wants to have enough influence to get a VP spot for Rand Paul... Enough! Ron Paul supporters believe in his message of peace and liberty, they couldn't care less about the corrupt two party system. If RP doesn't get the nomination or run as an independent, the vast majority of his supporters will write him in or sit it out, a small minority will vote for Obama, Mitt or Gingrich.

Finally, Ron Paul has been trying to influence the party platform for 30 years. It's a lost cause.

What a crock of BS this article is. Make sure you suck up this barrel of Koolaid sheeple. I can tell you where the leverage is. It is with the Ron Paul supporters. They will not vacate their cause which is to rescue this country from big government. There is only one person they will vote for and that is Ron Paul. If he does not get the nomination they will flock back to Obama or sit out the election like I will do. Now there is your leverage. Give up Ron Paul or we will give you Obama. Can we do it? Sure we can. Ron Paul has won third in Iowa, second in NH and fourth in SC. That is some serious support and more than enough to throw the election to Obama if RP looses the nomination. Ron Paul does not have to run third part for Romney or Newt to loose. It has already been set in stone. Bottom line you screw us we will screw you in the end. Take your choice RP or Obama.

If Lauren is correct and Ron is not in it to win, but thinks delegates can help his cause of freedom, liberty and the constitution, he is sadly mistaken. The perpetual war issue not only overshadows foreign issues but domestic issues as well. Getting anything near a balanced budget and stemming the tide of fiat money is a non-starter as long as the war machine black hole is in the picture.

It's interesting how the only veteran in the campaign is the most peace-loving of the whole bunch and enjoys overwhelming support among the military we all claim to care about.

With such an infinite assortment of media monkeys banging away at their collective keyboards, Is it wrong to expect they might churn out something substantive from time to time?

With so many aspiring to craft the definitive falsehood, the label that sticks, the straw camel that finally breaks the back of this honorable gentleman and his campaign, surely "advocacy candidate" is not the best that they can do.

Back on your heads!

Hmmm. It was said

"BTW-don't believe what the government, the schools or the media tells you. Only believe what Ron Paul tells you.

by more Paul doublespeakof CA5:57PM January 23, 2012"

Think this comment says it all. Are we to believe the Government does not lie and steal? And Schools are still preaching Keynesian economics. The media is owned by only a few who prefer the latter.

"His choice is further proof that Paul isn't campaigning as much for the GOP nomination as he is focusing on gathering enough delegates to influence the GOP convention in August." You wish..Ron Paul and his supporters have no intention of giving up the nomination. This reporter just hopes to convince people that supporting Ron Paul is a waste of time.

This former Obama supporter is behind Ron Paul to the end!

Gingrich went from Middle East moderate to saber-rattling hawk after Sheldon Adelson’s millions began flowing into the candidate’s coffers.

Compared to the views he expresses now, which are a full-blown echo of Adelson’s, the Gingrich of six years ago was a moderate, endorsing Obama-like policies he now condemns.
