The Freedom of Information Act prohibits the keeping of personal information about individuals without their knowledge or right to inspect that information.

Does this mean that O.whodat will have to release his education records to show parents that is no big deal?? Probably not since his unsealing his lawyered- up life's paper trail will further prove, like his forged nativity data, that he is a FRAUD.

The fed gov't has no authority to collect student data. It is none of their business. Any student records should be kept only at the school district level. Furthermore, it should be open only to the supervisor, school principals, teachers, parents, and the students involved.
