Iran wants a delcaration of war from the United States? We should make a glass parking lot of their military installations until they surender. Then we should pump free oil to the United States and other countries to lower the price.

Title of the article is "Iran threatens US" yet I do not know see any quotes from Iranian officials or another source article to prove this claim. All this article talks about is a report on how they think Iran might act if they escalated to that level. Don't get me wrong I think is very capable of this type of escalation but the title of this article is unnecessarily provocative.

you want the US taxpayer to believe we could not defeat the Iranian military in a straight up fight...we have the troops and the equipment to do it with...we do not have a political class willing to loost the entire ability of our military. No war by increments, go in and decimate the Iranians, if civilians get killed so be it....war is not pretty...ask the Germans and the Japanese when we were done with them......no Hirosima or Dresdenguilt for me please....waste them

I say send in the B-52's and do what needs to be done today rather than wait for tomorrow. It's inevidivable that Iran will have to be addressed sooner rather than later and as long as they continue to poke us in the eye then we need to at the very least crank up the sanctions and start to talk with some authority rather that some back door please talk to us diplomacy. There has been too much American blood shed in the middle east to just walk away to fight another day. We need to protect the region and can't expect Israel to do the heavy lifting on their own.

Bluster and chest-thumping will only get you so far. Other countries have attempted to bluff their way to the adult's table resulting in a severe butt-whippin' and a bloody lip. You don't pi$$ in the wind, step on Superman's cape, or threaten to screw with the United States Military. You can run if you want, but you'll only die tired.
