The write below is right. I have never even been to Wisconsin, yet from just reading up on the holiday it is clear Milwaukee or Madison or both deserve to be at the top of the list.
The former governor had a Festivus pole in the capitol and the first Festivus pole lot was in Milwaukee. Feats of strength? They carry around beer kegs all the time .And hands down Wisconsin has lead the nation in the airing of grievances for over a year and counting!
This isn't even close.
