Prospects Are Good for New Plan from Merkel, Sarkozy

as the fed did feed the usa states with money, so the new organization feed now the eu countries with money and so a world new organization fed or will feed maybe the world countries with money...but when all of them are fed like babies for a long time...than will they ever grow up,...because as we know they all are shrinking,weakened...maybe because they cant lead...or organize or know how to live...or is something wrong with the food,the money
