I don't see any Candidate on either party making this much sense...where do their loyalties lie ? Ron makes sense as always, centralized banking is what brought this country down and is keeping down, it's time to restore some common sense and restore the constitution.

Finally... someone who makes sense of all of this mess!

Ron is right, again.

Everyone else is a RINO!

Dr. Ron Paul happens to have the only position on foreign policy that has any rational thought. How many unconstitutional wars, not declared by Congress, are we going to allow ourselves to be drawn into in order to do the bidding of special interests? Can we just continually violate our own laws? Are drone attacks on 16 year old boys, which also just happen to be American citizens, going to become the norm? Where is the outrage? What happened to getting a grand jury to look at the evidence collected against someone, issuing an indictment followed by an arrest warrant, and a trial before a jury of peers? If this type of action persists, how long will it be before Homeland Security can label a militia member or sovereign citizen a terrorist, and order a drone strike? Will we even hear about it? There are ALREADY drones over American cities. These positions come directly from the far-overreach of the Patriot Act, which Bush passed based on fear-mongering about the brown men in caves, right before he lied to us all about the yellow cake from Niger. Then what does Obama do? Instead of repealing the Patriot Act, he expands parts of it. How far down the line are we going to be, before everyone finally wakes up to what is occurring right before our very eyes? We have TSA (brownshirts) now groping us, and our children indiscriminately at airports, on the highways of Tennessee, at NFL games, and where else next? They have unconstitutionally decided to create a SuperCongress (politburo) to originate spending bills, which includes the President. The spending bills are supposed to come from the House of Representatives, and the President does not legislate. Do these things not matter to anyone? Ron Paul is the only candidate who will not give us more of the same. He has been CONSISTENT in his message for 30 years, and that message is LIBERTY and following the Constitution, like we should've been doing this entire time..... and we wouldn't have found ourselves in this mess to begin with.

Ron Paul's plan Restore America Now has the best interests of the American people in mind. It will prevent the collapse of the dollar, save the dollar as the world reserve currency, and strenghten the Republic. The days of central banking have come to an end. We can transition to sound money and a decentralized bankingy system with Dr. Paul's prescription or as the article states, end in catostrophic distruction of the dollar caused by an out of control central bank known as the Federal Reserve. Having had grandparents who lived through the Great Depression of the 1929 to 1947 who shared their stories of hardship and sacrifice, I think we would all be much better off following Ron Paul's plan to prevent another Great Depression. There are far to many Americans dependent upon the entitlement system to allow the Federal Reserve to completely debase the dollar. Go to RonPaul2012.com to read the Restore America Now plan that will save the nation and restore the Republic.

Get Ron Pauls name out there...the media is pulling the same garbage they did 4 years ago...put links to him on your face book...my space... send everyone you know in your contacts, information on him and how he's the only candidate to save our country and our freedom. wake up people...you can't just comment you have to get out there....help him become known to everyone in this country and around the world...do it today...make it a goal for your weekend or your next day off to email everyone you know...don't do it and see how far he gets...no farther than he did four ugly years ago.

Not a bad article. For those that still do not get why the Federal Reserve(a private bank whose shareholders are the wealthiest people in the world) is bad for America, consider these facts;every check issued to the Federal government from the president to the lowest paid employee or subcontractor is issued by the Fed.Reserve.They get the money printed by the treasury at the printing price and then issue the checks with an interest attached.Even the checks to cover foodstamps, medicaire and our soldiers and equipment. It does not take much of an interest rate to really add up.So if your president is O.K. with getting his check skimmed and repaid by the working man,who is he working for?You or this Private bank?If you owed more than you will ever earn in your entire life would you borrow more and lose your house so that your children would have no where to live?It is a credit card.

@ Yacko You're economics is wrong. There market is trying to adjust itself. That's what a recession is. Instead of letting it happen and having one bad year and then the recovery, we're using the FED and government regulations to prolong the agony and make it worse. The using steam in an atomic age analogy is way off too. A nuclear reactor is still just a simple little steam engine. Instead of using coal to heat the water, you use nuclear fission.

It's the "Cato Institute". Cato isn't an acronym.
