Rep. Lofgren: DHS Subpoena Would Return Info on Legal Residents, Citizens

Rep Lofgren, you canNOT be serious! If a person is violating the law they do not have unalienable rights, such as the citizenry of the United States of America have. You are literally opening the door for criminals to exploit their trade and, in my opinion, obstructing justice. As a lawmaker yourself, to practice such discrimnation in the implementation of laws in a selective manner, will promote anarchy through and through. You, of all people, should understand that better than anyone else.
