Finally, our long national mistake is over. Anytime I think about voting Republican I remember Bush. Everything he touched got worse. Started a 9-year war for no reason, 700 billion, over 4,000+ Americans killed, 32,000+ injured and tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis killed. Love him or hate him, but Obama got it done. It's up to the Iraqi's now. Yes, they have challenges, but the biggest one is corruption and the United States cannot fix that in Iraq or in Afghanistan.

for all the neocons who donn;t like it and are trying to make political hay from the situation.they need to remember two things.pres. bush signed the withdrawal order in dec.2008.point number 2 th iraqi's no longer want us in their country.

It is about time. A huge waste of American lives and at least $1 trillion in costs. Iraq is an independent nation, just as we don't expect them to come here and take care of all our problems, they also as a sovereign nation should take care of themselves. If there is bickering between the rival factions, as adults it is up to them to solve it. Are they children?
