Could Ron Paul 2012 Pave the Way for Rand Paul 2016 or 2020?

Dr. Ron Paul votes with conviction and honesty. This is incomprehensible to liberals and Neocon GOP shills who desperately try to peripheralize and marginalize him.

The press is complicit, given that Dr. Paul's goal of reduced size and importance of federal government government in your life implies a reduced size and important of the news media in your life.

Witness how he comes in at the top of polls and fundraising efforts, but is almost never given even a lick of discussion other than being disparagingly referred to as an anomaly because they have to print his name in the poll.

The word about him has gotten out - much more slowly than it should have.

Do yourself a favor and investigate Ron Paul. He is an inspiring fellow and his motivations flow from the principle of liberty rather than a random collection of cobbled together but internally inconsistent platforms that define liberals and many conservatives.

Ron Paul has explained Why Austrian economics works to the satisfaction of millions or registered voters - so well I have personally spent thousands of dollars helping bring his dream to fruition. What has been touched upon less frequently is WHY we should give it a chance instead of continuing down the Keynesian road to serfdom. You may be unaware that one earner could support quite a large family when we were on the gold standard - it is only the 'progress' we've experienced that makes it so a home with two wage earners can still be below the poverty line. You may also be unaware that since the FED was established in 1913, the dollar (formerly 1/20 ounce of gold) is now 1/1800 ounce of gold. That's right, the value of a dollar has decreased 90 TIMES. There are more people on food stamps now than there were wage earners in 1913. The number of unemployed is over 22% (shadowstats.com). Where in these numbers do you see a shining ray of hope that we are doing the correct thing? These numbers could hardly be worse, even given some national disaster. They're the result of us applying the Keynesian methodology (stimulus and deficit spending) - we've been doing it since 1971. That's when we went off the gold standard, which made this spending possible. Trillions of dollars in stimuli have NOT worked. Now it's time to try something different so we can verify experimentally which course of action is the correct one. You can't know until you compare.

The rest are hardwired egoist who will bend to the will of the establishment.

Regarding FEMA. FEMA can easily be replaced by the Red Cross in a heartbeat, they are a waste of money and they violate our rights.

Fema is the one of the more bloated, over budget and useless government agencies that there is. Do you realize Fema has the power to suspend the constitution and can forcefully remove you from your home and or your guns from your home.....who is this idiot "Cute for Ron Paul to tell all the Victims of Irene to F**Off in Advance"....you need to wake up and see what is going on in the real world....no government agency should have the powers that Fema has. Just watch some videos on youtube or talk to some people from texas who were "evacuated" from their homes by Fema......Ron paul 2012.

Talking about killing FEMA right before a major disaster hits the East Coast is sheer idiotic. Ron Paul is a shameless media whore who showed ever so clearly that he does not give a hoot about fellow Americans. What else can you call a career federal employee who hates the people he is supposed to be working for and hates the government who employees him. All of Paul's snooty libertarian gimmicks are poison to average Americans, but the corporations and billionaires stand to be big winners from any of Ron Paul's ludicrous policies.

Ron Paul has an intransigence on reality. Its amusing to see all the juvenile support Ron Paul gets, because no one with an adult mentality could be so gullible to believe anything snarky Ron Paul says.

Someone will have to prove to me Ron Paul and Lyndon LaRouche are not the one and same person, as their nutty dogma is exactly the same. Both are hateful old codgers who hate this country and want to replace our republican form of government with anarchy ripe for a dictator to step in.

Ron Paul is the only politician I can remember with a SPINE, and I'm pretty old. Do you want some craven in the office, licking the hands that bought the office? Wouldn't you rather have someone who will STAND UP for you, having stood up for himself all these long years?

Does it bother you, the million or more people that have died in the last 12 years, died for nothing? Does it bother you knowing that YOU could change it, but are too busy and can't be bothered?

Do you mind the trillion dollars that goes overseas each year, when it could be spent right here and cure the Depression? Do you mind the trade agreements that send our jobs over there? Do you mind the tax policies that prevent the trillions made overseas being used to create jobs here?

It's time to show YOUR spine and stand up for The Man With A Spine. He's done it for you these past 20 years - now it's your turn.

Vote Vertebrate - Ron Paul 2012!

The Republican Party is today at a crossroads.

In 2008, the GOP was declared dead. No one wanted Bush III, so McCain lost. Yet by some stroke of luck, a dedicated group led by Ron Paul gave the GOP back its youth and a breath of life. Then Rick Santelli woke up more Americans and the newborn Tea Party finally opened its eyes. The Tea Party grabbed it's first election in 2010. But since that time, the GOP has tried to hijack, infiltrate and manipulate the Tea Party into becoming the same Neocon GOP who lost the White House in 2008 -- as though the reheated leftovers of a bad meal would somehow become more palatable the second time around.

The youth doesn't want their grandpa's GOP of Cheneys and Roves and McCains and Romneys and Palins. They want Ron Paul. They want a philosophy for their country that they can understand and believe in, and a leader who doesn't treat them like idiots. The young know that it's their future that is on the line, not their grandpa's. Even the military that most Neocons pretend to champion know that Ron Paul is right and vote for him overwhelmingly with their campaign contributions.

So the GOP has been given a second chance at life thanks to Ron Paul. Will it squander it? Will it soundly reject Ron Paul again and in doing so, reject its own future? Or will the GOP spit out their neocon hacks, get the hell out of the way and let Ron Paul (and Rand Paul after him) lead us to victory and providing a future for this Party and this country? The answer to that is To Be Determined.

I love Ron Paul and I believe he is the best man in the Country to fix this mess. As for Rand, yes he is great too but he is backup for years to come. Right now its Ron's time to shine. I like Gary Johnson too, however he is not as much of a national figure head as the Pauls and is not as established in his publications and standpoints. he is more or less a result of Ron Paul which is great, but I'd rather have the master than the apprentice.

You're the one smoking something if you think RP is not patriotic or ethical. I won't even waste my time responding any further if you're that short sighted. Have fun enjoying the status quo of the toilet bowl until we're eventually flushed.

Rand signed off about meddling in Iraq.

Ron would never. Watch who you trust.
