Tea Party sending memos to HR? What a stupid comment, no wonder no one will hire you! Clint said it right. If your are worth hiring you will get a job, it's not that hard, just stop blaming and take responsibility for yourself. You can call the Tea Party racist because you obviously want to blame them for your problems but you are the racist for "creating your own private sectors", etc.

The real problem is willingness to work. All businesses are in it for profit, if you are a good worker, an asset to the business, you can find a job and will always be in demand.

Just like you don't buy substandard products for the same price as good products.

Make yourself valuable and you will be.

Otherwise you are not a good investment for the business, and all the blaming in the world isn't going to help you.

I like Tony of IL comment and I totally agree. Since the public sector is not hiring us then we must create our own private sectors.

Real, true Black unemployment is at 40% - 50% in most large urban areas, where most of reside. Very little, if anything, is being done to address this national crisis, which affects most Blacks in this country. With a President, who most Blacks supported, who wont even utter the word "Black" or "African American" and with the tea party sending memos to their corporate hr people, telling them not to hire Black men, there is little wonder why this tragic unemployment rate as high as it is, while still climbing. No one is saying a word about this Deression, which continues to gripe out communities and which has created a desperate stranglehold on most Black folks' purses and pockets.
