High levels of radiation were found in water in a trench outside of reactor two at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, complicating cleanup efforts. If the trenches fill up with contaminated water, plant workers will have to drain the trench to stop the water from spilling out. Now, workers are trying to figure out where to put the water. James Acton, an associate in the Nuclear Policy Program at the Carnegie Endowment, told CBS that comparing this event to last year's BP oil spill is appropriate.
