Obama Says Race a Key Component in Tea Party Protests

President Obama does not ever play the race card. He doesn't need to and doesn't want to. It is always thrown at him by the GOP who can't stand it if he wanted to nominate a black or Asian or woman for a position. With the GOP they just want white men who will be grilled horribly anyway because President Obama selected them. The GOP are corrupt just like they were the whole time Bush was in office. They lie and they abuse their power. They have Fox to lie for them all the time. The President's staff shows that he has a great relationship with all people, white, black or otherwise. We have a good president who is getting nothing close to cooperation from hateful and greedy corrupt republicans who lie if their lips are moving.

So we're back to playing the race card again huh? They need to get their heads out of their asses and realize race has nothing to do with his ratings or whatever. Yes race had to do with him getting elected because a majority of those who voted for him didn't know why they did. I don't think he was legitimately elected.

I know this from personal experience. People have said it out right that they support Obama because he's black. Many, when asked why they voted for him, said "uhh, well...uhhh."

But since he is elected, he is the president and has to be held to a certain standard. When the president doesn't deliver or makes poor choices, yes their ratings will go down. Not because he's black, because if that were the case and it was racism HE WOULDNT BE IN THE WHITE HOUSE!

Get over yourself. Stop playing the race card and stand up for yourself as a human being, not as a color.

Now he is playing the race card. This is a purposeful ploy by his handlers.

"Obama is right, those Tea Party people would never stand for a black man speaking at a Tea Party rally".

That shows how much you know, Kewaal of GA. I have personally seen several black folks (men and women) speak at our Tea Parties. We also have backed several black candidates----and were successful in helping many of them get elected. I recently seen several thousand Tea Partiers attend a speech by Congressman Col. Alan West (who us Tea Partiers supported in his successful bid for the US House of Representitives).

Why the left continues to try to keep fomenting this lie is beyond me. But, perhaps you should educate yourself a little bit more, Kewaal, before you set out to propagandize and demonize things that you know nothing about.

@Gene from Germany?

"The only people who think/contend that the Tea Party is not racist are the Tea Partiers themselves because their racism is so institutionalized they think that their racism is normal."

That is really muddled and to believe this requires mind-reading on your part, that or a degree of paranoia. It is not the Tea Partiers that caused 60% of black women in NYC to abortion their children, or such huge numbers of black men to end up in jail--mainly for robbing, killing and raping other black people.

Obama is right, those tea party people would not stand for a black man speaking at a tea party rally. And can you believe the guy in this video is one of their favorite speakers and a lot of those racist tea party people are even trying to get him elected president:

Watch out for these Tea Partiers/Constitutionalists! They hate Obama because he's black!
