2. Carney earned his bachelor's degree in Russian and Eastern European studies from Yale University in 1987. After college, Carney landed a reporting job at the Miami Herald.

Ten things I didn't know and can't imagine wanting to know. I just lost three unrecoverable minutes of my life reading useless, uninteresting facts about a nobody, and now I've wasted another minute complaining about it. Oh well....

Carney came up through the ranks too fast and did not gain the experience and confidence required for the Press Secretary job especially his having to serve in that office under this lying, sneaky,deceptive POS of a President.
