President Obama's senior adviser Valerie Jarrett said the president's State of the Union address tonight will be about "winning for America." Jarrett said Obama will talk about ways to invest in education and infrastructure and to create new jobs. But "we also have to make sure that government is smart and that we are cutting programs that aren't working," said Jarret, and "tackle the deficit in a responsible way." She said Obama's address tonight is "going to give the right signal about where the country is going moving forward as we come out of this extraordinarily devastating economy. "
