President Barack Obama has announced that William Daley will be the new White House Chief of Staff. Daley served as U.S. Secretary of Commerce during Bill Clinton’s second term and is the brother of Chicago Mayor Richard Daley.

Pete Rouse has filled the position since October, when Obama's first Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, resigned to run for mayor of Chicago.
